Grand Zamin Hotel

Good. Small packed breakfast for an early departure appreciated. No drama getting a Certificate of Registration this time. Close to the airport (10 minutes in a taxi) and 5 minutes from the train station.

First day there, breakfast room opened at 7.30am but hardly anything available and the one youngster was slow to bring anything out. Cereal available but no milk - “it’s coming”. I came back an hour later for cereals and still no milk. One Russian guy really kicked off because he couldn’t have breakfast at the advertised time. Lots of people standing around waiting for food, and unhappy. No real, hands-on management at the property, monitoring the young and inexperienced workers. Packed breakfast - a bit more? Half a sandwich isn’t much. Couldn’t get any TV channels working, just for fun. A 30 minute walk to the nearest metro.

Friendly staff and clean hotel

В отеле были хорошие завтраки с возможностью выбрать то, что хочется поесть. Расположение в целом довольно удобное. Но главная ценность этого отеля — его сотрудники! Очень отзывчивые, внимательные и готовые помочь. Каждый раз, когда я обращалась с разными вопросами, мне всегда старались помочь и найти решение. Это действительно невероятно приятно и сильно влияет на общее впечатление от проживания. Сотрудники — 10 из 10! Именно благодаря им отель оставил настолько положительное впечатление.

Номера немного уставшие, чувствуется, что им уже не помешало бы обновление. Также в номерах на первом этаже довольно высокая влажность, которая ощущается во время проживания.

Okay room for the price

One particular receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Internet didn't work as promised - I indeed booked the hotel for the supposed fast wifi. It was almost nonexistent at evenings Breakfast quality was poor - if you come after 9 you can eat some rest food.
