A weekend thet was supposed to be an average rainy birthday weekend turned into a perfect getaway to a clean, nice and quiet Tuscany style villa. Besides the accommodation, accompanying breakfast was great! Tasty, organic ingredients and served comparable to 5* chefs. Location of the place is also very good - nearby hiking, nature, restaurants and arty nightlife in nearby Groznjan. Of course, all that wouldn’t be feasible with a good recommendation from our host.

What a gem and rare find we had at Casa Priani! Ana was so very delightful, kind and accommodating. Ana considered and helped us with our itinerary so we could optimize our time in Istria without back tracking or driving unnecessarily. She was direct and honest with places worth our time visiting and others we could skip. The value of her time to our travel plans, her wonderful fun colorful personality, the delicious breakfast every morning, and beautiful comfortable rooms made this stay all we expected and more. The food was customized to your taste and desire each morning. The high quality comfortable sheets and towels , the attention to interior detail, the impeccable cleanliness, and the inviting pool made you feel so special and at home. The views of the valley from her balcony were stunning! The location of Casa Priani is perfectly placed! We were 20 minutes from everything we wanted to experience in Istria, but her location felt like you were in the middle of quaint quiet agriculture community. Just a short 2 minute walk away was a farm to table establishment called Radesic recommended by Ana where we had one of the best meals on our travels! I would highly recommend Casa Priani to anyone. Ana makes this stay so special as she was helpful beyond belief! She took her own time to call and rearrange some plans for us that were paramount to our amazing stay. If we would have known in advance her talent for customizing itineraries as a local lifetime resident in the area, we would have hired her to plan our trip throughout Croatia, Italy, and Slovenia . Thank you again Ana! We are so grateful and lucky to have found you!!

Beautiful property in the heart of Istria. Ana did everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable and the cooked breakfast was delicious! Ana is also great at providing recommendations for exploring the local area (particularly for food and wine!)
