I could communicate with the owner by Whatsapp, telling her when my train arrived at the station, then she was there to welcome me on my arrival at the building.
The appartment is clean, modern and functional.
A subway station is very close to the appartment location, direct to Brussels center and the main train station.
No shutter at windows, the curtains are insufficient to occlude all the light in the morning. Not a problem if you planned to get up early to visit Brussels.

The host was quite responsive on WhatsApp. Also, it was extremely convenient to the subway, which made getting in and around Brussels very easy. The place was spacious and quiet.
It wasn't a big deal for me, but the room was on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. Also, there was a nepresso machine but no coffee pods. Perhaps an oversight?

I have stayed in many apartments in Brussels and Ana’s apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This was the only apartment that was indeed as described. The location is perfect, in a very good neighbourhood and easy access to the center. Ana is a wonderful host as well.A very responsive and pleasant person. Highly recommended! Thanks Ana!
