The view
The space of the home
The amount of bedrooms and the spaciousness of the house
Needs to improve in the cleaning and supplies they did not provide no trash bags and no broom had a lot of dog hair and fleas and spider webs inside the house, the restroom had toilet seat not properly installed the pool is good but needed some touching up on it had algae growing in it already. 1 thing I was not happy with was the not being able to fish in the pier, liked the outdoor restroom.
