The location is breathtaking. Around 30 minutes of drive from Kas center, mostly uphill driving. Road is not bad, perhaps 3-4 sharp turns but manageable. When you are in the villa, you are on top of a hill, already seeing the beautiful sea from the infinity pool in front of you. When you look up back, you see another mountain full of green. Amazing nature and tranquility. The villa is designed and equipped in a way that you can see how much head and heart were put into it. Literally almost everything is very thoughtfully considered, nothing missing, appliances are top quality, villa's workmanship is top-quality, everything is in place. You have all kitchen appliances (microwave and small owen, kettle, toaster, electric barbeque) and dish, cup, cutlery, everything... just bring along what you will eat and drink, that's all. It was very well and properly cleaned as well. Pool is amazing, very convenient, big enough, deep enough and also positioned in a very discreet way, fully dedicated to you. You can eat, sit, enjoy poolside, do barbeque, take your shower, lay down on the sea beds etc. while enjoying wonderful views of Kas province and surrounding islands of Greece. Rooms are well sized, all air-conditioned, beds are very comfortable. The layout of the villa is also designed very smartly. Second floor has an outstanding living/study room with amazing atmosphere. I finished my book there and left great memories. The pool area gets all your attention and you spent most of your time there but there is also a great garden at the back side which is very lovely as well. Internet coverage & speed is very very good. It is impossible not to realize how detail oriented and perfectionist the owner is and really deserves a standing ovation for such precise and thoughtful effort by the owner. We will definitely come again, definitely

Honestly there is nothing we didn't like

Fantastisk villa med en otrolig utsikt över havet och den omgivande naturen. Villan var fin, välplanerad och hade en lugn och avkopplande atmosfär. En perfekt plats för den som vill koppla av och njuta av omgivningen.

Vägen till villan är smal, brant och bitvis i dåligt skick, vilket gör den utmanande att köra, särskilt i mörker
