De'Lush Oasis

Staff very friendly and assisted with all requests.

We went out for breakfast, the venue was easy to find.

The stuff didn't inform me about the challenge of water crisis before we checked in, I was informed after making the payment and I was told there's no refund. I was furious because they didn't afford me the opportunity to make a choice until I requested to speak to the owner. The matter was solved amicably with the owner, and he gave me a discount or if I decide to leave he will give me full refund. For the fact that he showed remorse and was humble I decided to stay and spend the weekend.

Very spacious

Shower water was cold. That’s the only complaint

The Guesthouse is convenient and near our church.

Dirty kitchen, Rusted pots, dirty dishcloths, Toilets not fully Sanitized. Access to the Property required us to call every time we arrive late at the gate. Chicky, rude and unprofessional staff. No towels in the room for the entire period of my stay. Gas stove not professionally connected poses danger to Guests. The electric stove and oven are still not working since 2025 when I stayed there. Housekeeping is not done daily. No efficiently installed backup. Their back up does not empower WiFi. The place is not properly managed. Will never comeback to that place ever again. Terrible stay mostly contributed by rude ladies.
