Unusable property but exactly what we wanted. The site owner was very accommodating. The location was right in the beach

View and space.
Felt a little bare inside. Not much character.

Clean, great for families with kids. Not too far to the beach and the town centre.
When we arrived we picked up the key from the out of house box in front of reception only to find that we (2 people) had been allocated a large family cabin for 12 people, located in the middle of the holiday park overlooking the kids playground, instead of a small cabin with a sea view as we had booked. There had been a double booking of our sea view cabin but instead of contacting us in advance to explain the situation and give us a chance to book alternative accommodation, they just said nothing and hoped we would be OK with it. I had driven for about 7 hours that day and I couldn't wait to sit on our deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the sea view. So i was incredibly disappointed on arrival. After we complained to Booking.com they did refund us part of the cost to compensate us for the change in cabin. Next time please contact the guests in advance if there are any changes to their booking.
