The property is great, located around 100m from the sea (not a bath area, but you can go in if you care about sand and baywatchers).
It has 3 rooms, though we used 2. And a large pool for personal use. It is great for families.
Location, pool
The pool has many bees around one of its corner during the day, that is a bit scary. (Will be better to try to understand why). Pool was still usable as it is big, but we didn’t get close to the bee’s part as there were some 20 bees all the time around that area.
Some of the equipment is worn down, such as the soccer goals, and the house is well equipped but not as well as other houses we have been. (We lacked a bread toaster and laundry detergent, not a big deal, but always nice to get those)

"A very nice, large house with a pool. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the sea. We rented a car, so all attractions were easily accessible. I recommend it."
