Hoposa Panorama

Great location and staff and facilities great - we had rooms right by the pool which was perfect for my parents - fab choice at breakfast too

we did have a disability room but although wheelchair access was good it would have been better if it had also had grab rails in the bathroom

It was very clean and the outdoor area was nicely appointed. The pool was great - clean, fairly large and lounge chairs terrific. Breakfast was amazing - so much selection and very tasty.

It was poorly staffed. Often there was no one to help in the lobby or bar area. The staff that were there worked hard and did what they could, but it was clear that they were frustrated too. We had flooding problems in our 1st floor room - shower drain didn’t work so our whole bedroom flooded, and then a heavy rainstorm sent water under the front door, ceiling leaked and water dripped from the window casing, causing flooding in lounge area of the room.
