Az ingatlan modern stílusa. Parkolás fizetés ellenében a társasház alatti zárt parkolóban, a lifthez legközelebbi helyen. Egyértelmű információk a szállással kapcsolatban az érkezés előtt. Nyílászárók és a falak is jól szigetelik a hangot, de a környék is viszonylag csendes. Konyha jól felszerelt: elektromos főzőlap, mikrohullámú sütő, elszívó, kombi hűtő, mosogatógép, kávéfőző, edények, evőeszközök, kerámiák). Tömegközlekedés a közelben.

A great apartment for the price. It was extremely hot in Budapest during our stay, but the air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly. Of course, walking in the sun to the tram or metro stop was quite uncomfortable, but that had nothing to do with the apartment itself :)

Considering the price we paid, I hardly feel entitled to criticize any shortcomings. The only thing I can mention is that we had some difficulty finding the key, as the description did not explain that the apartment was located at the end of a shared corridor, behind a fire door. Since the sign on the door was only in Hungarian, we did not immediately realize that our apartment was actually behind it.As a minor suggestion, I would say that a little more attention could be paid to removing dust from the corners, and that the sofas and mattresses may soon need some maintenance or replacement. However, these small remarks do not affect my overall rating in any way. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

La casa è davvero carina, comoda e in una buona posizione.

La pulizia. La casa non era pulita a dovere

The instructions provided by the host were clear which made it easy to get inside the apartment. The location was great, the option to have parking space in the garage was also great and good value for money. The apartment was spacious, good value for money and quiet, so we managed to rest without any interruptions. Everyone we met in the building was nice, nearby playground and little coffee shop that sells sandwiches and bakery products was also nice to have just downstairs. When we called the host he was also nice and answered our questions.

The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived, so we had to hoover it (which we did as rebooking going elswere was not an option for us). The tables were not wiped properly and some of the furniture was dusty, this is something that they should pay more attention to in the future. There were also a lot of cleaning equipment (descaler, sponge, detergent etc.) left outside in visible places which is not a massive issue but usually those are at least kept in a cupboard. The towels were too small, probably around 100x50 cm, more of a hand towel size, so I would recommend getting some nice proper big towels as these are too small, even for kids, not to mention adults. We booked the apartment as it had 2 bedrroms + a living room, since there were 2 adults + 1 child, one of the rooms were closed and the key was hidden, which we found odd, but after making a call to the host we had access to the 2nd room. Also the living room had big windows but no curtains, so I think it would also be nice to have some of those as the sunglight entering the room can be blinding and also people can see in from the other buldings.
