The location, the owner is very helpful, and value for money. Check in is easy.
For the money that I paid, nothing else I should request for. It is a homestay, not a luxurious hotel. Strongly recommend.

the location is busy and central to many eateries and night market and wet market.
towels can be of good water absorbent quality and dim lighting for the night.
