House with a pleasant courtyard garden, 300 meters from the beach and located in a residence with a swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September, from 9 am to 9 pm, unsupervised).
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room with a sofa, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and the other with three single beds, two of which are bunk beds (2 x 80 x 190 cm).
Parking space.
End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding the kitchen area).
Tourist tax: 5% of the nightly rate per adult occupant, up to a maximum of €4.30 per person per night.
