Our family enjoyed vacationing with friends in this condo at Krystal Grand. The whole process of staying at the condo and resort was pleasurable from beginning to end. Naya Homes was attentive to every question from the beginning of the reservation to check-out. Perfect, beautiful vacation!

Additionally, the TV quality was poor, making it difficult to watch live sports.Cleanliness – The kids’ bedding was not clean upon arrival; we found sand and hair in the beds and had to change the sheets ourselves.Air Conditioning – The air conditioning in the main room and kids' room stopped working halfway through our stay and was never fixed.Security Concern – The main patio door l
