The cottage spans two complete levels. Upper level (main entry): open-plan living room, kitchen, dining, and full bathroom with sliding glass door onto the covered treetop patio. Lower level: two private king bedrooms sharing a second full bathroom. The split-level design gives two couples privacy at night while keeping shared spaces warm and connected.

Both bedrooms feature king Helix hybrid mattresses — premium pocketed innerspring and memory foam — with hotel-quality linens and room-darkening blinds or curtains. Two king beds in a 2-bedroom rental are rare in the Asheville STR market. Most properties mix in a queen; here, both guests sleep identically well.
