Summary:
A three-bedroom home in the heart of the Wagga CBD, full of character with graceful design and modern comforts. A balcony off the main bedroom makes a quiet spot for a morning coffee.
Inside are three queen bedrooms, a bathroom with a spa bath, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a living area with a smart TV. Split-system cooling, electric blankets in every room, and a downstairs powder room. Pets are welcome. Sleeps up to six.
Please note: The spa function is currently unavailable while maintenance is being arranged. The bath is still available for guests to use.

Pembroke has a split-system unit in the living area and an electric blanket in all three bedrooms, with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom for added comfort.
COME INSIDE THE HOME:
Honey Homes is a network of distinctive regional stays, where every home and every stay is held to our Golden Standard. The living area sits at the heart of the home, with a statement chandelier and warm, homely decor. Each of the three queen bedrooms is set up for a restful night, and the main bedroom opens directly onto the balcony — a quiet spot to unwind or enjoy a morning coffee. Decorative ironwork and arched French doors give the home its character, right in the middle of the CBD.
THE LOCATION:
Pembroke sits right in the Wagga CBD, with cafes, restaurants and shops moments from the door. The Riverina Hotel is directly across the street for all-day dining, with Mr Lawrence (130m) and Meccanico (160m) close by for brunch and the Jungle Duke Hotel (350m) for pub-style meals. The Forum 6 Cinemas are a 300m walk, Woolworths is around 650m, and the Riverside Adventure Playground and Wagga Beach are a 4-minute drive. Charles Sturt Winery is about 8 minutes away.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

SHARED WALL: This is a townhouse with one wall shared with the neighbouring property.
PETS: Pets are warmly welcome. A pet fee may apply per stay. Please ensure pets stay off the furniture and that any backyard droppings are collected before checkout.
PORTACOT: A portacot is available and placed in the home; for safety reasons guests set it up on arrival. Please bring your own cot linen.

It’s easy to forget the friendly hospitality country towns offer. Place was as described and welcoming. We had a minor issue (not disruptive to stay) which was promptly addressed - even after hours. Owner went out of their way apologise and compensate which is rarely seen these days. Would stay there again.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Immaculately presented and feeling newly renovated, it offered true comfort and style. The hotel-quality linen, high-end soaps and amenities, and excellent TV and internet made our stay feel luxurious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the entire home was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled.The location is unbeatable, set in a beautiful, leafy neighbourhood with friendly locals and just a short stroll to fantastic cafes and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat!
