2 double bedrooms, both bright and welcoming.
A spacious open-plan kitchen, fully renovated and equipped with everything you need.
A sunny living-dining roomwith direct access to the terrace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying mountain views and a small glimpse of the sea.
Air conditioningfor maximum comfort.
Communal parking, a great advantage in the area.
Located just 2.5 km from the centre of Roses, the apartment allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of Canyelles Petites while remaining close to town.

Canyelles Petites is one of the most charming coves in Roses. Set on a beautiful hillside, the area offers:
A supermarket
Bars and restaurants
Hotels
Direct access to the coastal path (camí de ronda), from which you can walk to two additional coves and even all the way to Roses town
It is possible to walk to the beach from the apartment, although having a car is recommended to explore the many scenic spots and beaches in the surrounding area.
