Welcome to our slice of paradise! I'm Jeremy, a Maltese expat living in Sicily. I worked as a chef for 20+ years, and traded busy restaurant kitchens for this haven. Together with my wife Ngoc, who brings Vietnamese cuisine to our table, and our little daughter Cate, we've created something truly special.
