Great location, walkable to everything in City Center. Perfect for a weekend, buses and trains right around the corner. Loud neighborhood and upstairs neighbors if that bothers you.

Here is my rundownPros: The apartment itself is great.... roomy, nice beds, all the amenities it claims. The owner provided easy access and accurate info.Cons: The apartment is in a note so nice part of Chinatown and although is part of Center City is definitely a good walk from any of the convenience of staying downtown. The main issue is the apartment next door. No, idea of whats going on there, but there was yelling non stop any hour of the day, including at 1am and 4am at night. It actually seemed like it never stopped. And it was alarming and scary enough I was not willing to knock on the door to ask if they could keep it down.......was worried about what might happen to me.Too bad, the actual apartment is great..... but i would NEVER stay here again, and i come to Philly regularly.
