Welcome to your perfect home-away-from-home! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath mother-in-law basement apartment offers the ideal blend of comfort, privacy, and fun for families, couples, or small groups.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
All rooms feature cozy bedding and ample storage.
Bathrooms:
Two clean, well-stocked full bathrooms with essentials provided—perfect for families or groups.
Relax in Style:
Unwind by the outdoor fireplace with a book or your favorite drink after a day of exploring.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Includes a microwave, fridge, toaster, oven and cooktop, air fryer, rice cooker and basic cookware—everything you need for easy meals or quick breakfasts.
Close to world class ski resorts and the Rio Tinto Stadium home of the Salt Lake Real. Easy freeway access makes everything close. Guest mode for the TV logs you out upon check out.
Private Outdoor Amenities:
Hot Tub: Soak your cares away under the stars.
Children’s Playground: Keep the little ones happy and entertained in your own fenced backyard space. Pack and play crib available for any little onesie you have them and can be found in the bedroom closet.
Outdoor Seating Area: Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks surrounded by nature.
Guest Access:
Private entrance, dedicated parking, and full access to all outdoor amenities. Owners live upstairs and respect your privacy—here if you need us!
We do have a small child and a dog (expecting one more newborn end of August 2026). We will do our best to keep our noise level down but you may hear our footsteps, furniture, indistinct voices, and some general kid antics, generally between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Our senior dog may also decide to welcome you to the house with one or two barks, generally at the first sound of a newcomer and then forgets all about you ever getting there to begin with.

Exactly as described and in pictures. It is spacious and clean.Pros1. Clean, spacious2. Laundry inside the property3. Fast internet4. Parking on the driveway. Didn't have to park on the street. That made it very easy to load and unload5. Small pets were allowed. There was also a nice dog park nearby6. Great hosts and absolutely great communication. I felt it was relatively pricey. I come to the city quite often and stay at the Courtyard Marriott, where I get 2 queen beds. While this house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the cost was almost 2.5x. If we had 1 less member on this trip, I would've chosen Courtyard. This is purely from a price standpoint. But the property itself and jsosts were amazing.

Very clean, and spacious place for six to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood near everything in Midvale/Sandy. Loved the easy check-in and checkout process. Would stay again.

Perfect space for our 9 day Christmas trip. Central location in the valley close to mtns, city and points south. Comfortable beds and couches and very nice hot tub!
