This beautiful town view condo has been totally remodeled, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, it sleeps 4 guests, the bedroom features a King bed, ample closet space and a 40” Flat Screen TV. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping for two more guests. There is a well-appointed full bathroom with a hair dryer. A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs. Entertainment in the living room is provided by a 65” Smart Flat Screen TV, both TVs have hundreds of channels to choose from. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights, have dinner inside the condo or dine at ‘Three Amigas Cantina” poolside restaurant and bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (150 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby, you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar, also in the courtyard there is a large Jacuzzi and Club House that has a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and 2 large Flat Screen TV,s.
If you prefer the beach, you are only minutes away from the famous Medano beach with its golden sands, amazing Restaurants and many water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located nearby are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk. This condo is located on the third floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside.
Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a coin/op 3 machine self-service laundry.
If you drive there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t have a car - walking distance to the beach, marina and downtown. There were two grocery stores right around the corner.The courtyard area with the pool and restaurant/bar was beautiful and well maintained - like an oasis from the hustle bustle outside the complex.The staff are all very attentive and friendly - the food was fantastic.The condo itself was nice and clean with everything we needed including in-suite laundry. Complementary maid service every Saturday.The tv needed reprogramming once - Rick and Alma were there to fix it before we even called it in.Excellent service!I suppose our only issue was that we backed onto a busy street - the traffic was so loud at times, we had to crank the tv - thought we might get a noise complaint lol. Of course this is not the fault of our host - Next time we would try and book a condo with a balcony facing the courtyard if possible.We stayed at Marina Sol for a month and our time here was wonderful. Thank you for for a vacation to remember!
