Located in the historic medieval village of Civitella del Lago, overlooking Lake Corbara, this residence is situated right in the center, embraced by the village walls and a magical atmosphere. The apartment was built around the 14th century and still retains the spirit of its origins today.

It is a top-floor apartment of approximately 80 square meters, spread over three levels:
- On the first floor, a stone cellar that will be accessible to guests in the future.
- On the first floor, a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette serves as the heart of the home, ideal for candlelit dinners or leisurely breakfasts with a view of the village.
- On the second floor, a master bedroom, a recently renovated bathroom with a shower, and a relaxation corner—perfect for reading, writing, or working in complete tranquility—round out the experience.

Inside, every piece of furniture has a soul: handcrafted by a local artisan and artist, the one-of-a-kind pieces that furnish the home are made from recycled fine wood, respecting nature and the memory of time. Some furnishings date back to the early 20th century and blend harmoniously with new appliances that feature a vintage style: a kettle, a juicer, an American-style coffee maker, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a coffee pot.

You’ll find Wi-Fi, TVs in the living area and bedroom (including Netflix, Prime, and Disney+), the warmth of the fireplace, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. For your four-legged friends, bowls are already set out, and upon request we can also provide dry dog food (for an additional fee).
