Staff is super friendly, you're really located in a central spot. Lots to do in or near reforma. I would have enjoyed a less americanized breakfast but I understand why they do this. Don't think twice about booking. The price and the quality of what you get is so worth it, book now.

Staff was knowledgeable about area and easy check in process.
Easy to walk around and use the underground train if need be.
Breakfast could have been more options although still tasty and easy to communicate what was needed. Definitely recommend starting here.
Very clean, top rooms are a bit shaky possibly bc of the World Cup happening.
Overall would rate this a great stay!

The hotel is very clean, and everything feels fresh and new inside the hotel and rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for where to go to eat nearby. The breakfast included in the stay was very good and saved us from having to pay for one meal per day. There is a nice workout room and patio on the top floor, and the room comes with a small fridge, microwave and plates and utensils. The door to the hotel from the street is locked and staffed at all times so we felt very safe. There are a bunch of nice restaurants just one block over, so the location is very good. Overall, a very good value for what we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
