The apartment was just as pictured and truly lovely. Loved all the brick! Very well laid out floor plan. We would definitely stay here again! While the space itself was awesome, the most impressive thing was the communication with the Jungle House staff. Immediately responsive to questions and concerns. The day we checked in was record level hot at 98 degrees. The air conditioner understandably struggled and the staff had 2 air conditioner units to is within 30 minutes of checkin to provide extra support cooling. This allowed the main unit to catch up and made our entire stay super cool and comfortable! Truly impressive customer service. Highly recommend staying at any one of their prop
erties!

My son and I are in Columbus monthly for his doctor visits, and treatments at Nationwide Children's Hospital. The Jungle house properties are our go to, home away from home. Beautiful properties, easy check in and out process, highly recommend!
