Very nice house and easy to find!

4 / 10

To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint. As there were no dressers to store your clothes in, you had to live out of your suitcase. The items that you wanted to hang up also became a problem as there were only 4 hangers in one bedroom, one hanger in the second bedroom and none in the 3rd bedroom. I could go on with more about the sub-par conditions compared to the prime rental costs but will leave it as I would not rent this property again.
