Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors — no parties or excessive noise. You may receive a text or call if noise levels become disruptive.
Security Cameras: Exterior cameras at the front door and garage monitor occupancy and safety. They face public areas only.
No Candles or Incense allowed inside.
Responsibility: Guests stay at their own risk. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost items.
Damages: The booking guest is responsible for any damages or stains. Please don’t move furniture.

Dry off before entering the home or sitting on furniture.
Return all towels and items indoors after use.
Do not adjust pool equipment — report any issues to us immediately.

Great host! Problem free! Comfortable family stay with grandkids.

Check in was easy and communication with host was good. Just a few issues...plan was to have barbecues at the house but there was no grill on the property when we arrived. Contacted host and was advised it had been damaged and would be delivered the following day. Did not get it until dinner time 2nd day of stay. Pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures...games in the game room are low quality. Final issue was one of the rooms had a significant ant problem in one of the corners and along the baseboard...we found a ton of ants in our luggage from that room.
