This property was incredible! So much to do to keep the kids busy so the adults can actually relax and talk. The rooms were nice and fun for the kids. The beds were comfortable and showers had good heat and pressure. Plenty of seating for meals indoors or outdoors. Kitchen was fully stocked with any tool you could need to prepare a meal. Bri was easy to work with and very responsive. We had a small hiccup on arrival when the door code didn’t work. We reached out to her and she got it reset remotely. We used the property as a gathering place as part of a family reunion (something we communicated and received approval for with Bri before we even booked) and everyone loved it. Like I said earlier, there is so much to do that the kids kept themselves occupied the whole time allowing the adults to relax and catch-up. There was so much seating allowing us to break off into small groups but still be together. The house was fully stocked with other useful things too: beach towels, floaties, beach toys, washer/dryer, I even saw a pack and play in a closet. The check-out process was easy; tidy up the place the way you found it and throw out the trash on your way out. We were so pleased and the house really helped contribute to the great experience.

This rental is great, our kids wished we could have stayed longer. Sparkling clean and plenty of space, very unique bedrooms, we loved it.

The host is great, responds quickly to questions and provides information. The backyard was amazing for our 6 grand children ranging from age 7 - 3

The house was very clean, activities were suitable for all ages in our group, great location.
