Condo was nice. Air conditioning was great. Has a unit in the living area and bedroom so condo was very comfortable. Loved the location. Was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The pool at the condo was large and well kept. It wasn’t too crowded and was a perfect spot to just sit and relax. There was plenty of parking and communication was great with the management company. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the lanai and just enjoying my morning coffee.

Location, great. You can walk everywhere in Kailua Kona. Enjoyed sitting out on the lanai watching the kids at the daycare below

The location was fine, however the unit was not very well stock in the kitchen. The washer and dryer looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in the last few years... Could not even attempt to use it...
