We had a great time at this house. The inside was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect in Scottsdale, centrally located to almost anything you’d want to do. The backyard is huge and awesome for kids to run around. The property manager Sam was friendly and responsive. The pool is the main thing holding this back from being a 5 star review. It was filthy when we arrived, and not just because of the wind. The sweeper and/or filters couldn’t have been working properly. We expressed this concern immediately and were told the pool guy was coming the next day. He did not show up until 2 days later, so 2 wasted pool days. The light was broken in the pool. Also, it is NOT HEATED, not even an option. (That’s on me, I didn’t check the listing close enough) but it was VERY cold even on 90 degree days in April because it cooled every night. The pool is the only reason I would not book here again. If it was heated I would rent again.

Beautiful property. Large backyard that is very private. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location that is close to numerous restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. Highly recommend!

We are a repeat booker, but this was for our family Thanksgiving retreat. The place was perfect to cook in as well as enjoy the yard, plenty of space for the kids to run around, secure pool and tree house. The cooking area was wide open as well, which helped with the Thanksgiving experience. We'll definitely be back! 5****

We spent Thanksgiving week here as a family. It's a fantastic place to be together for large groups and enjoy the amazing weather! This place had room for everyone and is close to entertainment and hikes. Highly recommend!
