Nestled in a green setting of one hectare without vis-à-vis, come and recharge your batteries in the middle of nature in a large house ready to accommodate 8 people in a country and very cosy atmosphere:
- a large fully equipped kitchen,
- 4 bedrooms including two suites with bathrooms,
- a very large living/dining room cathedral,
- a TV room with a large screen,
- a wireless internet connection.
You can enjoy the pool with exceptional views of a one-hectare wooded park, including a pergola with garden furniture and deckchairs.
On the terrace side, you will find a large dining area with a plancha area for your barbeques, a small garden of aromatic herbs. And for athletes, a ping-pong table is also available.
About a hundred metres from the house is access to the Vierzon state forest renowned for its hiking trails.
Nearby, you will not be left out: the house is located 15 minutes from the Golf de la Picardière, 30 minutes from Bourges and its cathedral, but also 1 hour from the castles of Chenonceau and Chambord, the Beauval zoo park, and the picturesque village of Sancerre.
Do you like bike rides? Many bike paths along the Cher and in the forest await you.
In terms of gastronomy, the region is full of cheese and wine specialties.
Finally, if you are by car, you can park up to 4 cars in the very large private courtyard, secured with an automatic gate.
