A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
You'll come for the location — a two-story loft in the heart of Fort Wayne, steps from Parkview Field, Promenade Park, and The Landing — but the inside gives you every reason to stay in just as much as go out.
The jacuzzi takes the edge off after a full day. The basement game room with a pool table has a way of turning a quiet night in into a late one. Out back, there's a fire pit and a gas grill that make the patio feel like an actual destination.
The loft layout gives the whole space a personality you don't usually get at this price point — two floors, a full kitchen stocked for real cooking, and coffee ready to go whenever you surface in the morning.
When you do head out, you've got options. Catch a TinCaps game at Parkview Field a block away, rent a kayak or paddleboard from Fort Wayne Outfitters, or wander over to Promenade Park on a Wednesday night for food trucks and live music.
The Landing is right around the corner for dinner and drinks, and the whole neighborhood is easy to get around on foot or by bike.
It's the kind of trip where you pack your itinerary and then happily abandon half of it because you're having too good a time where you already are.

Very nice space and comfortable. I spent the week doing research at the downtown library which was just three blocks away. Safe neighborhood, quiet and with a pleasant easy walk to lunch places. Great kitchen, comfortable seating and plenty of space.
