Location was good, place was dated but clean, elevator very loud at night hard to sleep. We had a locked bicycle stolen from the property. Pool was heated and very nice.

We had a lovely time in Siesta Key.

Washer and dryer should be replaced.
It is wired for a disposal, but there was no disposal. Lack of garbage disposal is unacceptable.
The kitchen was well stocked

The facility of Bay Oaks Condos is somewhat worn. Elevator was always dirty. Pool often did not have heat but it was large in size
There were only 17 lounge chairs in total which was not enough for a facility of this size
Our condo had old furniture & the master bedroom bed caused back pain as it was so old and uncomfortable
There were no hand towels yet there were two bathrooms
There was only one key provided which made impossible to get in & out of the pool unless I was with my husband
I tried numerous times to communicate with owners who did not handle the situation & it made my three week visit very uncomfortable
