High-speed unlimited internet provided. Fenced community pool, grill & BBQ, and playground for the kids. This memorable apartment is the perfect home base for your trip to Albuquerque. With 2 bedrooms, AC, and more, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Here you can embrace the local NM's lifestyle as soon as you check in. You can find the perfect combination of nature and city by walking the grounds or hike local trails near Eye of the Sandias. Route 66 Open Space, or Three Guns Spring Trailhead. After a full day of activity or relax you can then enjoy food at Dion's, Mr. Powdrell's BBQ, or Sushi Xuan Asian Grill.
Our place is ideal for families and business travelers with high-speed internet, 2 smart TVs (75") so you can log into your favorite channels. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal.

The apartment was very clean, and free of clutter. Everything that we needed for a weekend stay was provided. I did not have to communicate with the host during my stay. We stayed in October; the weather did not permit using the pool facility.
