This is an adorable historic Cottage built sometime around the 1930's. It has a wonderful front porch to sit and enjoy the feel of a day in the past.
The backyard has a private secluded area surrounded by Ivy and elm trees.
The location is perfect for a stroll down Mount Vernon st or a quick walk downtown to the restaurants and fun events.
This Cottage has been remodeled and has a new kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a split floor plan. The living , dining and kitchen is open and is beautifully decorated. Homeowner is a designer and has created a beautiful, comfortable space you will never want to leave.
The kitchen has every emenity you can think of and is a wonderful area to enjoy. stainless steel appliances , adorable dining room and an open floor plan
There is a laundry room and big pantry for your groceries .
The bedrooms are inviting and comfortable.

The home was exactly as pictured! It was spotless. The decor was spot on. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Washer & dryer worked very well. We also used the iron & ironing board. It was also a nice floor plan as the bedrooms were separated by the living area. The host was just fantastic to work with! She answered all my questions within minutes; and was very accommodating as well. I'd give her 15 stars out of 10 if I could!!!
