We travel to Puerto Penasco twice a year and rent vacation homes. This home was 10/10. The home was clean, well stocked, and everything worked perfectly. We will for sure revisit the Mermaid.

Beautiful place with the most perfect access to the beach. The neighborhood security was very helpful and made us feel safe. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was quite useful. We stayed during the week, so we had the beach to ourselves most days. Having a parking spot within the house gate was a nice touch as well. Host was amazing and helpful in answering questions since it was our first time in Rocky Point.

Great house and great host. We needed a place just for the night and I was happy to find a house that didn’t require a 2 night minimum. Would definitely come back. Thank you!
