Whether you’re here for a beach getaway, a medical visit, or just exploring the city, this little gem offers comfort, privacy, and unbeatable value. Florida Climate & Pest Notice
Please note that our homes are located in Florida’s tropical climate, where insects are a natural part of the environment. At any time of the year—and especially during the rainy season—you may encounter insects such as ants, spiders, palmetto bugs, or other common Florida pests both outdoors and, on occasion, indoors.
Our properties are professionally serviced on a regular schedule by Native Pest Control, one of the area’s leading pest control companies. However, due to Florida’s climate and frequent rainfall, no pest control company can guarantee a completely insect-free environment.
If you notice an unusual amount of insect activity during your stay, please let us know. The only available solution is to schedule an additional pest control treatment, and we will do our best to arrange this as quickly as possible. Please note that service availability may vary, especially on weekends and holidays.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept that occasional insect activity is a normal part of staying in Florida and is not considered a cleanliness issue or a defect of the property.
The vast majority of our guests enjoy their stay without any issues related to insects, and we appreciate your understanding of Florida’s unique tropical environment. WEEKLY PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Please be aware that our landscaping crew services the property on a weekly basis. As part of their regular maintenance, they may access the backyard and other outdoor areas during your stay.
Our service provider has access through the side gate and may enter and leave the outdoor areas independently. They will never need access inside the house.
Landscaping service includes lawn care, trimming, and general maintenance of the front and backyard areas.
We are unable to provide a specific day or time for this service, as the schedule depends on the weekly service route and may change without prior notice to us.
This service is necessary for the proper maintenance and upkeep of the property and may take place while the home is occupied. By booking and staying at the property, you acknowledge and agree that our regular landscaping service provider may access the outdoor areas during your stay without additional advance notice.
Thank you for your understanding!

Host was great and answered all my questions when they came up. Cozy place just what I needed for a short term stay due to a work assignment. Would definitely recommend. Private and quiet.

The rental was excellent with a lovely courtyard and privacy fence. The only complaint we have is with the school being directly behind the rental and their track was just a few feet from us. The noise from the kids as they ran track twice a day got to be bit much but we went inside during this time. Kids laughing and yelling isn’t really the worst sound unless you’re trying to rest.

Overall, my stay at this cottage was pleasant. The inside was clean and everything worked. I did have an issue with the owner, because when I arrived there were no chairs and umbrella table in the "backyard" that he boasted about and it was dirty. Neither was the small table set up in front, and the nice flowers one sees in the VRBO listing was nowhere to be seen. He did run down to a store in the late evening and returned with a new set of chairs etc., but it appears that he is focused on the inside of the cottage.

The property was so cute definitely beats staying in an average hotel. Bathroom was a big plus and although I didn’t cook the gas stove was a plus wish I would’ve. King bed was perfectly placed and very comfortable can’t say enough the parking was huge, tv, ect.. overall I would come back cute cute place.
