Location - you could almost touch the walls of the Pantheon. The hosts were at the restaurant downstairs and made us feel like part of their family. The rooms were spacious and the main bathroom was the largest we’ve had during our European stay. The apartment is an eclectic mix of styles and it works beautifully. Good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast offered and discount on other meals and drinks. We were a group of 5 Australians / two couples and one single. We were made feel like part of the family. We loved our stay and can highly recommend this apartment and hosts.
The stairs up to the door and the narrow door that only half opened (I have mobility issues).

The communication was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, the location is amazing, and the apartment was huge.
Not all the room a/cs cooled as well, though we were there during a record heat wave.

Everything was excellent!! I would gladly stay here again.
Needs better Air Conditioning in the summer months. A little noisy at night. However we loved and enjoyed our stay. The place was nice, clean and in a great location. My family and I wouldn't stay any place else Rome.
