Limpieza impecable
Nada, todo perfecto.

Very nice place, the host (Mauro) lives next to the appartmant.
Mauro is a great person, very helpful and friendly.
We received a welcome bottle of wine that was excellent.
You can eat and drink good wine at the Piccolo Taverna, just opposite side on the street.
Very happy with everything.

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and clean - most kitchen appliances were brand new (dishwasher, microwave, cooking area / oven). Everything you need is available, also a washing machine which was great after our first 2 weeks travelling. There was some fresh fruit on the table and a free bottle of local wine as well. The owner Mauro is very kind and helpful, he lives in the attached house next to this apartment. The apartment even has a cabinet with local wines which can be purchased from the owner. Parking is easy next to the house. On the other side of the road there is a small restaurant which offers good food and wine for a low price. We loved staying in this apartment!
The apartment is perfect but the description on Booking.com made us expect a complete house for ourselves, but you rent an apartment that is part of the house where the owner lives.
The location is called Montepulciano but be aware that there are several villages in the area with that name - the historic Montepulciano is a 10 minute drive from this location.
