since my spoken english isn't very fluent, but i met man roommates from different countries, they were all really nice to me. The owner was also very kind, and even the neighbours who lived nearby were friendly too. The location is really convenient - it was only about to 10 mins walk to the nearest train station.
The room could use better soundproofing. you can easily hear people moving around outside. Also, the property is quite close to the airport, you can hear planes flying overhead during the day. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay

The bed was poor standard, looked like 2 mattresses on top of each other, bed linen was wrinkled and not ironed

Convenient, friendly and easy check in process and ommunication with Host Lee!
Location/Proximity to Sydenham Train Station and a great Pub just a block or two up the road.
Rooms were large. I had a balcony room
Shared bathroom close to room, just down hall
A lovely quaint/quiet street
Very cool for Plane Spotting (planes do fly low)
I felt a little more attention to detail required in presentation of room and bed/bath linen.
No air-conditioning (had ceiling and pedestal fan)
Table/chairs on balcony would be lovely with a few 🪴
