The location was excellent. The apartment was nice.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is absolutely beautiful! Everything is brand new, you could even smell the fresh wood! The decoration is lovely, stylish, and thoughtfully done, with great attention to detail. Having a washing machine and an iron was extremely convenient and made our stay much easier. The self-check-in process was another highlight. It was incredibly simple and efficient, we were inside the apartment within seconds, without any hassle. Check-out was just as smooth. Another great advantage was the luggage storage facility, which allowed us to enjoy a few more hours exploring Verona after check-out while waiting for our train. Overall, a wonderful apartment with excellent facilities and thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable!

The only downside was the lack of privacy between the bedroom and the living room. There was no door separating the two spaces, and the partition wall didn’t extend all the way to the ceiling. Since we were three adults, this made privacy a little challenging, especially for those sleeping in the living room. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Absolutely everything, location, cleanliness, staff, easy access.

No faults
