Great place to stay that was very clean. Host could not have been more helpful and great communication. Everything that I needed while staying in the area for a few days
Nothing. Would be happy to stay again and will do next time I'm in Hull

Cleanliness, comfort, warmth, dedicated parking, great coffee. Mr John was a very thoughtful host and provided clear instructions regarding check in process and parking space. He also made arrangements to accommodate our toddler. His home was warm, cozy and well equipped.
No breakfast items 😕
