Owner is very pleasant and kind. Easy communication. There is a free private parking place. Close to old city centre. Comfortable beds. Aircon works perfectly and there is even heating.
There is not shower cabine or else, so after showering, water was everywhere.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, but the owner's attitude was quite unusual.
Check-in was supposed to be between 15:00 and 18:00, but the owner was at work, and we had to wait until 18:30 to get in. Later, around 20:00, she sent me a Google Form via WhatsApp asking me to fill it out, and then at 22:00 she sent a reminder insisting it be completed the same day.
The form itself felt strange—it included a clause agreeing to pay for any damages at three times the cost, without specifying what items were covered or their current condition. It seemed very one-sided and unprofessional.
