Really supportive team making sure everything was right. Comfy bed, quiet room, close enough to bus station. Check in and out really straightforward and well explained.

location was convenient
room was advertised as comes with private bathroom but in actual fact the toilet and bathroom were outside our room which we only knew about after booking was paid... that's misleading and very unfair plus our room wasn't provided with cattle and tea/coffee but we could see other rooms have it.so a bit disappointed there
