The Basecamp – Adventure Made Easy Bring the whole crew along and make lasting memories in The Basecamp, a travel trailer designed for fun, comfort, and time together. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a weeklong vacation, this camper gives your family the perfect home on wheels. Solar + Inverter for Off-Grid Camping The Basecamp is equipped with 1000 Watts of solar + 8000 Wh (Watt Hours) of lithium battery + 3500 watt Inverter that allows you to run all of the camper’s electrical features without needing shore power. On sunny days, the solar system easily keeps the batteries charged so you can enjoy several days of off-grid camping. This setup is great for boondocking, state parks, and campsites without electric hookups. Note: The solar and inverter system is not intended to run the air conditioner for extended periods. For continual A/C use, we recommend camping at a site with shore power. *Check out all of our add-on options for an extra-special trip!* Utilities: - 44 gallons of freshwater + water hook up - 30 gallon gray water tank - 26 gallon black water tank - 30 amp shore power hookup (with 50 amp adaptor and surge protector) - 1 propane tank included - leveling blocks Beds: - Two twin memory foam beds with linens + pillows + blankets - Stowaway twin bunk with linens + pillow + blanket (175lb limit) - Dinette benches do not convert but remove back cushion to become sleeping area. All trash, food, and personal items must be removed, and dishes should be washed prior to return. Appliances should be left generally clean. Black and gray tanks must be emptied by the guest prior to return unless the optional tank clean-out service was purchased at checkout. If excessive cleaning is required, or if tanks are not emptied without the service add-on, a portion of the security deposit may be withheld. Interior Protection Plan To protect both our guests and our camper, we request that all renters purchase the $69 Interior Protection Plan at checkout. This plan helps cover accidental damages, reducing the chance that we’ll need to withhold money from your security deposit. If we do need to keep a portion of the deposit for damages, you’ll be able to file a claim through the plan to be reimbursed.
