The stay and view is great

The place was not maintained well. We found 5 different types of big spiders on the sofa. There were lizards on the bed and in the bathroom bucket. I was charged 6500/- instead of booking.com price. There was a water issue on day 2 morning itself. While the view from the house is great but these basic facilities were not available for us which made the overall experience not so wonderful. The management should work on checking the place and making sure everything is in place before the guests arrive.
