THE BREAKFAST WAS ADEQUATE.

Beautifully warm and welcoming for our Woodend Winter Arts Festival weekend, wonderfully comfortable beds and top notch linen and towels, delightful garden. Very thoughtful preparation by the owners for guests.

Everything about this location & accommodation was amazing.
The only minor thing that I could think of was there were no tissues in the bathroom. Again a minor detail.

A beautifully appointed home which had a thoughtful welcome pack on our arrival. The accommodation provided a very central but tranquil base for our short stay in Woodend and is easily located. Would highly recommend if you are seeking a superior stay in settings reminiscent of yesteryears but having modern high quality fittings and a wonderful eclectic decor.
Not really a dislike, but the light in the bathroom proved impossible to turn off on our first night and we had a bit of a chuckle when we realized it was a sensor light!!
