S - Tetu Inn Nairobi CBD

Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always making my comfort a priority. They kindly looked after my luggage when I checked out, and the domestic staff were hardworking, attentive and always greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. A special mention must go to Mohammed, the security guard, who went above and beyond to help me safely reach my Uber driver. With traffic police having diverted my driver during a very busy period, Mohammed wheeled my luggage through the busy streets while communicating with the driver to locate him. This level of care and personal service was truly impressive and made my departure much easier. A wonderful example of genuine hospitality. Thank you Mohammed for this level of service 🙏🏽😊

Loud music coming from the busy street at night time.

Wonderful staff, all people working there are super nice and friendly. Room was clean with decent bathroom. Neighbourhood is busy but it's central Nairobi 🙂 close to matatu stands and there are shops and restaurant nearby.
