It was clean, well supplied and quiet.
The stay worked out fine BUT the location is not in Fredonia, as was listed when I looked in Booking app. Also, since we had gone to Fredonia and had to go back west, do not take the dirt road (the first sign for Wild West 40! Continue until the paved road exit. I would suggest adding a fly swatter to the place due to the animals next door (that we enjoyed). In addition, the #1 on the lock code does not work well (had to press numerous times).

Loved that we had a mini home away from home. Wish we would’ve got to spend more time in it.
The animals are a huge plus!!
