Comfortable and the facility is good
Friendly and helpful staff
Convenient location and enough stall to order food/groceries delivery if you are too tired to go out
Water pressure for the 2nd story could be better. Luckily there was a bucket to gather water for bathing
All bedrooms have aircond but we wish there was aircond in the living room. It's too hot especially if you turn on the chandeliers. Can't live in the living room

Plenty of places to sleep.
Aircond remote controls were not working. Certain areas are dusty, probably due to lack of occupancy. Water heater is missing in certain bathrooms.
