The most beautiful property and location. So much character with all the comforts and perfectly set up.
There was nothing not to like.

Accommodation was next door to Tram Cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great food and coffee which meant we did not need to go out for breakfast or coffee but rather walk next door.
Everything exceeded our expectations

Comfortable and modern. Great space for 2 families.
Mostly everything was great. I would recommend getting a clothes dryer.

The location was perfect for us as we were showing cows at the Victorian Winter Fair at the Prince of Wales showgrounds so it was easy to get to and from. And the massage chair was definitely a high point.
