Good connection to bus and 15min walk to metro line 5.
25min to Gimpo Airport.
Very friendly staff and fast replies in messenger, even for questions after the stay.
Very big rooms.
Takes about 45min to get to central Seoul (but should be expected when booking near Gimpo Airport / just a reminder)

The large rooms and bathrooms
The lights on remote would drive you crazy if travelling as a couple

The staff was amazing and attentive.
Toilet in our first room leaked badly. The Spa tub in the second room was broken. Many things were worn down and broken in both rooms.

Breakfast was well prepared and great
It was a quite a distance to the conference venue at centre of Seoul.
